OUR MISSION
San Gabriel Valley Youth Soccer League (SGVYS) is centered around the idea of developing a long-term love for the game as well as individual player development. Our goal is to ignite a passion for soccer while teaching the fundamentals and at the same time increasing soccer awareness in the community. We believe in positive coaching, good sportsmanship, integrity, and passion. These core values are the key to setting our young athletes on a path for success both on and off the field.
OUR PROMISE
SGVYS provides fully licensed and professional coaches that focus on individual player development including ball mastery, coordination, agility, and balance, while providing a fun learning environment. This allows players to be creative and develop problem-solving/leadership skills. SGVYS also provides a direct pathway to higher-level competition due to our partnership with Los Angeles Soccer Club.
